I felt like a magician when I called Joy Williams of Williams Heating and Cooling. All I had to say was five little words: pregnant wife, broken air conditioner. Anyone who has had their air conditioning fail when their wife is six months pregnant knows my pain. Joy answered my call at 4 o’clock on a Thursday and arranged for a technician to come to our house at 8 o’clock the next day and fix the problem. Given summer is one of the busiest months for repairs and we were in the middle of a heat wave, Joy went above and beyond the call of duty.
